The registration standards of the Optometry Board of Australia includes a requirement ´that all registered optometrists must have completed, within the previous three years, training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provided by or through an approved provider’ (OBA Continuing Professional Development Registration Standard) Refer to http://www.optometryboard.gov.au. To assist members to meet this requirement, the ACO is offering CPR courses in Carlton.
